Complaints and returns
Are you unsatisfied with a product, or do you wish to return it? Fill in the attached form and select whether we should send you a returns receipt, or in the case of defective goods, a replacement.
For defective products we require a photo depicting the problem as well as the serial number/batch. This is printed on the insert slip that is shrink-wrapped in each wallpaper roll.
Please provide us with a description of the defect.
