The costs of any returns must be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the credit note for each parcel in accordance with the freight costs above.
*Information on shipping to Switzerland:
Prices for Switzerland do not show taxes. Taxes of 7.7% are payable to the parcel service provider upon delivery. In addition, a fee (presentation commission) of 2.5% of the value of the goods, but at least CHF 23.16, will be charged. Slight fluctuations may occur due to daily currency conversions.
Packing stations
Delivery to a packing station is only possible for items that do not exceed a (roll) measurement of 53 cm, as the box size is limited to 60x35x35 cm.

For pre-payment, delivery will only be authorised once the invoice amount has been received.
Products held in stock
For products which are not produced to order (e.g. wallpapers and borders), but which are held in stock, delivery times are 1-3 working days.
Digitally printed wallpapers / wallpapers
These products are not in stock and will only be produced and dispatched after receipt of the order or payment. The delivery time is 3-14 working days.
Pattern ordering
When ordering our sample pieces and material samples, they will be delivered directly to your home within Germany for a small flat-rate delivery charge. The delivery time is 4-5 working days. For delivery outside Germany, country-specific shipping costs will be charged; these will be displayed in the shopping basket before check-out. Our customer service team will be happy to help you with specific enquiries.
Dispatch confirmation
After the order has been placed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
You can use the tracking information (consignment/package number) to track the status of your consignment and find out the expected delivery date from the relevant parcel service provider.
