Scope of application
This accessibility statement applies to the aforementioned website of A.S. Création Tapeten AG. It therefore concerns the accessibility of the website as our service, both in the browser version and in the mobile application.
Wallpaper, wall paint and decorative items (e.g. canvas prints, mouldings, lighting) are available for purchase via the website.
Legal framework
As a company, we endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSGV) implementing the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services).
The specific accessibility requirements are to be defined in accordance with Section 14 BFSG in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG. § Section 3 (1) BFSG have been implemented in the BFSGV.
Conformity status
We provide services and information on our website in accordance with Section 2 of the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSGV). We endeavour to make our website accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Accessibility Reinforcement Act implementing the European Accessibility Act (EAA). We have checked our website in accordance with the conformity criteria described in the following text and optimised it for barrier-free use.

Content that is not completely accessible
§ Section 4 para. 2 no. 7 BFSGV: Images that were integrated on the website before the deadline of 28 June 2025 do not all have an alternative text.
We are endeavouring to successively update the alternative texts.
§ Section 6 para. 3 no. 3 BFSGV: The option to adjust the colour of the browser settings is not offered.
Our products are design products whose colouring is relevant for the purchase decision. A colour adjustment of the browser display could lead to incorrect decisions by the buyer.
§ Section 21 (1) BFSGV: The detailed description of the products is currently being implemented. The option of grey grading is not feasible, see above. § 6 Para. 3 No. 3 BFSGV.
We are constantly working on improving our website. Unfortunately, due to the wealth of material, we have not yet been able to make all content and services digitally accessible. We are endeavouring to remove all identified obstacles for people with disabilities as soon as possible.

The review of compliance with the requirements is based on a self-assessment by qualified internal employees. The assessment was carried out in accordance with legal requirements and global standards (EN 301 549, WCAG 2.0 Level A).
Testing was carried out with the Chrome browser (in the current version) and with the Screaming Frog screen reader(s).
The website relies on the following technologies for accessibility: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for WhatsApp).
